Although not all of his designs stood out to fans, the majority of them left a huge impression due to their creativity and how well they captured the character's unconventional personality.

inTekken Tag 2 TournamentYoshimitsu wears a powerful suit of red samurai armor adorned with luxurious gold embellishments outlining the entire outfit. A very noticeable part of this design is the giant wheel strapped to Yoshimitsu's back which ties into the character's exaggerated sense of style while also being slightly reminiscent of the Wheel of Dharma, which feeds into his more mysterious side.
Unfortunately, the mask doesn't have the bright eyes or menacing face that some other games do, but it's still very well designed and does a great job of blending the traditional helmet with a more modern and even sci-fi aesthetic. . Bandai Namco wasn't afraid to completely change Yoshimitsu's outfitTekken Tag 2 Tournament, resulting in a beautiful, memorable and eye-catching costume for the beloved character.

To Yoshimitsu's designTekken 4, the developers leaned heavily into the more terrifying and unsettling aspects of the character, making him look like a terrifying ghost who managed to possess a set of armor. What stands out about this look are the bright green eyes that stand out through the skull mask, which look eerily real due to their color and design.

Each character in Tekken 8 has a unique Rage Art move that they can pull off, but these are definitely the most fun to watch in action.
This time, Yoshimitsu wears a set of dark brown armor with a spiky Kabuto helmet inspired by a real-life rhinoceros beetle. However, the armor still looks as if it could be mechanical due to the multiple bolts scattered around it and the shiny shine on parts of the costume, and while it is undoubtedly his most terrifying appearance yet, it is still a cool thing to look at - he does.

Although it is an unusual design,Tekken 7 Yoshimitsu is very unique as the look seems very appropriate for a strange character like him.

Designed by Yoshimitsu VTekken 6 He is without a doubt the most detailed he has ever seen in the series, with every inch of his armor adorned with little decorations and symbols that make him look truly intimidating as a fighter. While the massive red shoulder pads and sharp yellow spikes make him look like a villain of some sort, what helps the design stand out is the skeletal mask and chest piece, providing a nice contrast to the rest of the costume.
This simple addition reminds people that even though Yoshimitsu is often portrayed as silly and humorous, he is still a fearsome warrior who can strike fear into the eyes of anyone he faces due to how dangerous he is as a fighter. This is the most “anime” Yoshimitsu has ever looked, but considering how dashing he looks when wearing this set of armor, it's definitely not a bad thing.

The main reasonTekken 3Yoshimitsu is very well known to a lot of fans because of how cool his overall design is. While Namco was clearly still figuring out what type of mask they wanted the character to wear in previous games,Tekken 3They gave him a mysterious and unsettling demonic mask that gives the character a real aura of mystery. His suit of armor also appears to be a combination of the traditional bulky armor he's known for, and the skeletal suits that gradually begin to blend more into his appearance over time.

While he still prefers to use his trusty katana in battle, the green glow it emits in... Tekken 3 It makes it incredibly eye-catching, and it's a little touch that goes a long way in incorporating some of the more obscure elements into its overall look. It's unclear if the primary red color that shines through parts of his armor is either actual leather texture or an additional body of armor, but that's likely a mystery when considering who's wearing it. Yoshimitsu returns as a playable fighterTekken 8, Although he seems more calm and serious in personality, his actual design is as vibrant and bright as before. He still retains his signature massive armor that has become synonymous with his character at this point, but now also features a bright blue color palette that's elegantly paired with some glowing red accents covering most of his body.
His mask is very reminiscent of the one he used to wearTekken 3, also has a large gold decoration and a mysterious glowing gem right in the middle, and it is these little additions that play up the sci-fi elements of the character, which many fans love. This does not mean that his samurai roots were completely lost, as happened with YoshimitsuTekken 8 He can also be seen wearing silver shin guards and a large sheath for his blade hanging off to one side. This design seems to be an honest homage to Yoshimito's previous appearances while also adding several new embellishments to emphasize his exotic and cosmopolitan dress sense.
