Google launches a new artificial intelligence application for smartphones

Google announced Thursday a free artificial intelligence application that will apply the technology to smartphones and enable

people to quickly connect to a digital brain that can write for them and translate what they read and see, as well as help manage their lives.

With the advanced Gemini application, which is called the same name as the artificial intelligence project announced last year, Google will set aside the

“Bard” chatbot that it introduced last year to compete with the “GPT Chat” that Microsoft launched with the support of Open AI in late 2022. Immediately, Gemini launched an application for smartphones on its software for Android.

In a few weeks, Google will make Gemini features available for its search app on the iPhone.

The application will initially be launched in the United States in English before expanding to the Asia-Pacific region next week, with versions issued in Japanese and Korean.

In addition to the free version of Gemini, Google will sell an advanced service available through the new application for $20 per month.

The California-based company says the app is a sophisticated form of artificial intelligence that will be able to teach students, provide computer programming tips to engineers, come up with project ideas, and create content for user-desired suggestions.
